Terms and Conditions

The rules for using this site, and where the operator’s own terms take over.

These terms set out the rules for using vegasnow-canada.ca. They are short, and they matter, because this site is an information resource about online casinos available to Canadian players. It is not a gambling operator. We do not take bets, hold balances, process deposits or run promotions. Everything published here exists so that you can decide whether a brand such as Vegas Now Casino is worth your time before you ever reach its cashier. By browsing the site you accept the terms set out below.

What this site is, and what it is not

vegasnow-canada.ca publishes reviews, guides and reference tables about Vegas Now Casino and the wider Canadian online casino market: bonus structures, wagering requirements, payment rails such as Interac e-Transfer, withdrawal limits, game libraries and licensing details. The material is written in Canadian English and quotes figures in Canadian dollars, because the readership we write for is Canadian.

What we never do is act as the gambling operator. You cannot open an account with us. There is no balance in your name on our servers, no cashier, and no support desk here with the power to release a payout. The split works out like this:

Function This site Vegas Now Casino (the operator)
Account registration No — we cannot open, close or restore an account Yes
Deposits and withdrawals No — no money passes through us Yes
Identity checks (KYC) No — we never request documents Yes
Bonus terms and wagering Described and explained Set, changed and enforced
Disputes over a balance or a bonus No authority whatsoever Operator support, then the licensing authority
Reviews, comparisons, guides Yes No

Vegas Now Casino is operated by Just Entertainment B.V. (reg. 160603, Willemstad, Curaçao) under Curaçao Gaming Authority licence OGL/2024/164/0246. The brand is available to Canadian players, is not regulated by any Canadian province, and is not available to residents of Ontario, whose iGaming market is regulated by the AGCO and iGaming Ontario. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that the operator holds a Canadian licence, because it does not.

Who may use this site

The site is intended for adults of legal gambling age in their province or territory. Our working minimum is 19+. In Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec the legal gambling age is 18; in British Columbia, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island it is 19. Because we do not verify anyone’s age or location, we apply the higher figure across the board and ask you to respect the rule that applies where you actually live.

If you are below the legal age in your province, if gambling content is restricted where you are, or if you have self-excluded from gambling through a provincial program or through an operator, please leave the site. If gambling has stopped being entertainment for you, the provincial helplines and practical tools listed on our page about responsible gambling support in Canada are the right starting point. They are free and confidential, and none of them is connected to a casino.

Our information is reference material — operator terms always win

Everything we publish is descriptive. The binding document for any real-money play is the operator’s own terms and conditions, bonus rules and payment policy, as displayed inside your account at the moment you act. Where our description and the operator’s terms disagree, the operator’s terms are the ones that govern.

Figures change without notice

Bonus percentages, maximum bonus amounts, free spin counts, wagering multipliers, expiry windows, minimum deposits, daily and monthly withdrawal caps, supported payment methods, game suppliers and country restrictions all change, sometimes quietly, sometimes overnight, and often without any announcement at all. We check figures when we publish and re-check them on a schedule, but no review site anywhere can guarantee that a number is still accurate at the second you read it.

The practical rule: verify the number in the cashier and in the bonus terms before you deposit. If a welcome package on our page reads differently from what the operator shows you, treat the operator’s screen as correct and assume our page is out of date. Tell us and we will fix it.

No warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free, that the site will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical faults, or that it fits any particular purpose you have in mind. We do not warrant the performance, solvency, payout speed or conduct of any operator described here. Reviews are opinion and observation, not a promise of outcome, and no page on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.

Gambling involves risk. Outcomes are determined by random number generators or by live dealer results, and no strategy, bonus or bankroll size changes the underlying house edge. We publish RTP figures, wagering maths and payout timelines so that the risk is legible on the page. None of it implies that an outcome can be engineered.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, tables, comparison methodology, page design, layout and original graphics on vegasnow-canada.ca belong to the operators of this site and are protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may quote short passages with a visible credit and a working link back to the page you took them from. You may not republish pages in whole or in substantial part, scrape the site systematically, feed it into a content mill, resell it, or present our tables and comparisons as your own work.

Third-party trademarks

Vegas Now Casino, Just Entertainment B.V., Interac, Visa, Mastercard, iDebit, Instadebit and all game studio and software provider names referenced on this site remain the property of their respective owners. They appear here for identification and description only. Their use does not imply that we are endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of any of those companies, and we make no claim to their marks.

Links to external sites

Pages here link out to operator sites, regulators, provincial help services and other third-party resources. Once you follow such a link you have left our site and are governed by the destination’s terms and privacy practices, which we neither control nor monitor. We do not take responsibility for the content, security, availability or business conduct of external sites, and the presence of a link is not a warranty about the site behind it. Read the destination’s own rules before you register, deposit or hand over documents anywhere. How your data is handled while you are still on our pages is covered separately in the Vegas Now Canada privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage (direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise) arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it. That expressly includes gambling losses, refused withdrawals, forfeited bonuses, closed or restricted accounts, verification failures, delayed payments, and any dispute between you and an operator. You gamble at your own risk and with your own money, on a platform whose terms you accepted directly with that platform.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; where that is the case, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by the applicable law rather than excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site: no automated bulk scraping, no attempts to break hosting or authentication, no malicious code, no framing or mirroring of our pages under another brand. We may restrict access where use of the site threatens its stability or other readers.

Changes to these terms

We revise these terms as the site, Canadian regulation and the operator’s own conditions change. Alberta’s regulated market opening in July 2026 shows how quickly the ground moves here. The current version is the one displayed on this page, with the revision date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and of the province in which you reside, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Canadian consumer protection rights that cannot be waived by contract are not affected by anything written here. Nothing in these terms grants you rights against Just Entertainment B.V., whose relationship with you is governed solely by its own terms under its Curaçao licence.

Contact

Questions about these terms, corrections to a figure, copyright notices and takedown requests all reach us at [email protected]. Please include the exact page URL and, where relevant, a screenshot or a link to the source that contradicts us. Factual corrections sent that way get fixed quickly. We cannot help with account, payment, bonus or verification issues at the casino: those go to the operator’s own 24/7 support, and if that fails, to its licensing authority. For a plain-language summary of what we publish about the brand and how we rate it, start with our Vegas Now Casino Canada overview.

19+ (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec). Vegas Now Casino is available to Canadian players under a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence and is not regulated by any Canadian province; it is not available to residents of Ontario. Play responsibly.

How we test

We fund a CAD account on every casino we cover, play through part of the offer, run a real withdrawal and re-check the limits each quarter. Numbers on this page come from the operator's own Canadian terms, checked in August 2026.
